Patients include adults, children, and adolescents with a focus on the adult population.
The person in the position works closely with primary care and behavioral health in an integrated health setting.
Many patients live with mental illness and co-occurring substance use disorder s and have been underserved .
Seeking someone who is flexible, compassionate, organized, and able to manage a team.
