00 an hour (Based on experience and availability) RESPONSIBILITIES Execute company policies and procedures Solving customer complaints quickly and with a smile.
Maintain fast, accurate service, provide excellent customer service and meet and/or exceed both company and customer expectations Anticipate and identify problems and initiate appropriate corrective action Providing feedback to Team Members in a positive manner.
Provide proper training for team members Communicating openly and honestly with the Restaurant Management team.
Following cash, security, inventory and labor policies and procedures.
Train, monitor, and reinforce food safety procedures and safe working procedures Maintain a professional appearance Delegate tasks to restaurant staff and supervise their performance Balance cash at the end of the shift Inform the next Shift Manager about pending tasks Report maintenance and training needs Ability to come to work promptly and as scheduled Arrange to have shifts covered (e.
