JOB DESCRIPTION As the Consumer Credit Review Vice President, you will be responsible for coverage of assigned credit card portfolios within the Consumer & Community Banking line of business This includes performing regulatory required/expected reviews and monitoring for an independent assessment of credit risk and ensuring clear communication of these activities and results with internal partners, regulatory, business and risk stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities Developing, managing and delivering credit review plan coverage, execution and escalating emerging issues to senior management in a timely fashion.
Performing continuous monitoring of assigned credit card portfolios to assess credit risk trends, credit performance, business activities, industry events and regulatory changes for identification of emerging themes and impacts to credit quality.
Lead credit card reviews that include working with large datasets, model-driven risk strategies and analyzing the credit underwriting quality of individual transactions and risk strategies.
Contributing to the resolutions of complex issues and articulating results and themes to senior level stakeholders Strengthening and managing relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders while maintaining independence.
Prioritizing diversity & inclusion by creating an environment where all team members are able to contribute to their full potential Demonstrated understanding of credit risk management, retail credit principles, financial analysis, and strong analytical skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills required with ability to present complex issues to management.
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
Required qualifications capabilities and skills Experienced credit professional with a minimum of 7 years of consumer and/or small business credit card experience, preferably with a background in consumer credit underwriting, quality assurance, and/or credit risk management.
Firm understanding of how to employ data analytics to monitor and assess credit card portfolios.
Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills Proficiency with analytics toolsets including databases, Tableau, and data visualization applications.
Enthusiastic, self-motivated, effective in a dynamic fast-paced environment and willing to take personal risk, responsibility, and accountability.
Proven ability and desire to learn quickly, be flexible, and think strategically.
