Maguire Schneider Hassay, LLP is an established law firm in Columbus, Ohio seeking an entrepreneurial self-sufficient attorney with experience in Probate, Wills, and Estate Planning.
Over 5,000 existing Will clients, over 1,000 Statewide Probate inquiries per year and over 1,000 Statewide Estate Planning inquiries per year.
Job Description:
The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of probate and estate planning laws.
Looking for someone to lead this practice area at MSH.
This is a full-time Associate position supported by Clio, Lexis, Ring Central, a Client App and staff in Columbus.
The position is preferably based in our Central Ohio office; however, remote work will be considered.
Qualifications:
· Active license to practice law in Ohio with no disciplinary action.
· 3+ years experience, with a strong focus on Probate and Estate Planning.
