Job qualifications:
Specific Technical Skills:
Must be technically proficient.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office software required (Excel)
Highly professional approach to responding to requests and demonstrated ability to provide quality customer service to attorneys.
Excellent attention to detail, developed organizational skill, and excellent follow up skills.
Proven ability to prioritize responsibilities and juggle multiple tasks.
Ability to work well under pressure.

Energetic, positive, innovative and technologically savvy
Polished, professional and communicate exceptionally in person and in writing
Education/Training/Certifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred.
An equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered when the degree is related to the functions of the job.
Excellent math aptitude and understanding of general accounting principles.
Minimum of one year of professional experience preferred
Essential Functions:
Performs edits to draft client invoices; executes other tasks throughout the invoice preparation process
Clerical tasks which will be a set-defined list of tasks
Basic Narrative edits
Write offs
Write up / down
Preparing and finalizing bills
Pulling back up disbursements
Working with internal firm teams/departments
Minimal analytical requirements
Generates and disseminates billing information and correspondence
Prepares and distributes client reports and information
Maintains spreadsheets and tracks results and activities
Supports departmental initiatives and projects
Performs other duties as assigned
