*Culinary Supervisor*
*Mission*
Supervises cooks in assigned area at Lower.
com Field and Historic Crew Stadium, understands menu offerings and presentation, prepares and cooks products according to recipe specifications and food safety/sanitation guidelines.

*Operations*
· Supervises and coordinates the activities of the department including scheduling, training, coaching and service standards
· Ensure appropriate teaming levels and inventory levels are maintained for prep
· Establish rapport with team members and cross department
· Delegate tasks and ensure deadlines are met
· Follow and ensure team members are executing to Levy specifications
· Execute security, safety and sanitation standards
· Ensures all equipment is setup and operating properly
· Responds and assists with all team members issues and notify leadership with all concerns as necessary
*Controls*
· Ensure assigned areas are fully stocked and ready for daily operation
· Ensure areas are clean, opened and closed down properly
· Follow proper reconciliation procedures daily, confirming tasks are completed
· Completes daily and event paperwork in a timely and accurate manner
· Communicate guest/team concerns to management
· Ensure safety and sanitation standards are maintained within our operations, which includes, compliance with cleaning, uniforms, work practices, maintenance of equipment and work spaces, food storage, food preparation and ongoing training and education
*Team*
· Communicates with team members, non-profits and subcontractors effectively
· Manage others effectively, including developing work plans, assigning tasks, reviewing work performance and addressing issues as you observe them
· Ensure all team members in their assigned area are ready to perform their duties
· Lead the team by example and through delegation and follow up
· Assist fellow team members where necessary
· Promote a cooperative work climate, maximizing productivity and morale

· Previous leadership experience required
