00/hour Our Position The Office Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support with projects as needed.
The Office Coordinator may provide routine clerical and billing support, document, audit, and correct enrollment errors and triage and coordinate care for incoming participants.

Maintains an organized office filing system that assures confidentiality of all documents.
Ensures the facility reception areas are neat and orderly at all times.
Oversees the use, maintenance and repair of office equipment.
Maintains inventory and orders office supplies as needed.
Facilitates incoming referrals ensuring review and completeness for each referral.
Validates all client eligibility to ensure services provided are covered contractually.
Validates demographic/insurance information entered into system by staff is accurate and completed in a timely manner.
Assists with creating and generating reports as scheduled by the funder, or when needed.
Understands and adheres to RI International compliance standards as they appear in the Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest Policies.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
